We treat the information you send us with the same seriousness we expect from anyone we work with. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how Dravian handles the personal information you share with us through our website. It applies to forms you fill in, emails you send us, and any other communication initiated through dravian.io.
It does not cover information processed inside engagements with our clients. Those relationships are governed by the individual contracts and data processing agreements we sign with each client.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. That includes your name, work email, company, job title, country, and the content of the message you write. If you reach us by email, we receive whatever you include in that email.
We do not buy contact information from third parties, we do not enrich the data you submit with external sources, and we do not run trackers on this site beyond what is needed to keep it online.
How we use it
We use the information you send us for two purposes. The first is to reply to you. The second is to evaluate whether there is a commercial fit between what you are working on and what Dravian does.
If a fit looks possible, a member of our team may follow up to schedule a conversation, share relevant materials, or send a proposal. If you tell us you are no longer interested, we stop.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, share it with advertisers, or feed it into marketing networks. We do not use it to train external models. There is no scenario in which the information you send us becomes someone else's product.
If we ever need to share information with a service provider to operate the website or send you a reply (for example, our email provider or the form host), we share only what is necessary, and the provider is bound by their own confidentiality terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case the project comes back. If you ask us to delete your information, we do, and we confirm by email when it is done.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of these, write to us at privacy@dravian.io and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
